The recreation site Lávka Chocerady is situated right on the Sázava River about 35km southeast of Prague. The site covers 25 hectares, of which 10 hectares are fenced off, and has its own entry to the river with facilities for docking boats. The location and area of the site offer various opportunities for use (summer camps, outdoor schools and kindergartens, training sessions, team-building exercises, buffets, weddings, celebrations and concerts).

There are facilities for accommodation consisting of a hotel with a capacity of 56 beds and 8 chalets. All rooms are ensuite. Small chalets have a toilet and a wash basin; a shower is situated in the adjacent building. For the price of rooms see the price list.

The grassy meadow in the river basin near Sázava is ideal for camping with  facilities for docking boats, various sports activities (volleyball, tennis, table tennis, football), barbecuing and setting up camp fires. There are also electric outlets for caravans in the fenced-in site. Showers, toilets, sinks and a washing machine are available in a separate building.

There is a meeting room in the recreation site, equipped for teaching, training and organizing seminars and other lectures. The capacity of the training room is around 50 persons.

The site is ideal for sports. There is a tennis court, volleyball court, swimming pool, small football pitch and a children's playground. Other activities include: swimming in the Sázava River, fishing, hiring mountain bikes, and pool, table tennis and aerobics. Canoes and rafts can also be rented in the nearby town of Týnec nad Sázavou.

Our recreation site is ideal for organizing outdoor kindergartens and schools as well as summer camps at the river. Inside the fenced area is a children's playground which is perfect for entertaining the smaller kids.

It is a suitable environment for cycling fans of all ages. Hikers will also feel at home here. There are numerous hiking trails in the Posázaví region, laid out for both short and long walks. The surrounding forests are excellent hunting grounds for mushroom pickers. Near the site is the Renaissance château of Komorní Hrádek, where guided tours take place in the summer season. Not far from Chocerady you can visit the castle of Český Šternberk and the château of Konopiště; for golf fans there is a 27 hole golf course. We can also host company events for more than 500 people including any equipment required and  buffet refreshments.

Taking the D1 motorway from Prague in the direction of Brno, turn off on EXIT 29, and after three kilometres you will reach the valley of the Sázava River, which flows through the town of Chocerady. There you will cross the bridge and go to the right round the church.
By Bus
In Prague, take the metro line A to the final station of SKALKA and from there continue by bus directly to Chocerady. This journey takes approx. one hour.
By Train
From the Prague main station (HLAVNÍ NÁDRAŽÍ, metro line C), trains run directly to Chocerady via Čerčany. This journey takes about an hour and ten minutes.
